Increment

The Increment Node.
Increment increases a value by a given step and outputs the new value.
It is comparable to the
++
operator in computer science, except for the fact that the increment step varies, instead of being fixed at 1.
The Increment Node Attributes.
Attribute | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Data Type | Drop-down | The type of data that will be plugged into the Input Socket and will return via its Output Socket. |
Step | Defined in the Data Type Attribute. | The default value of the Step Socket, if none is provided. |
Input | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Pulse Input (►) | Pulse | A standard input Pulse, to trigger the execution of the Node. |
Input | Defined in the Data Type Attribute. | The value to be incremented. |
Step | Defined in the Data Type Attribute. | The amount that the value will be incremented by. |
Output | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
Pulse Output (►) | Pulse | A standard output Pulse, to move onto the next Node along the Logic Branch, once this Node has finished its execution. |
Output | Defined in the Data Type Attribute. | The incremented value. |
