# Ultrahaptics Play

## Overview

![The Ultrahaptics Play Node.](/files/Nr0grjsDk6t4VLi2UoNA)

The **Ultrahaptics Play Node** receives a JSON file generated by the *UltraHaptics Sensation Editor* (found [here](https://developer.ultrahaptics.com/downloads/sensation-editor/)). This allows the user to incorporate *UltraLeap* hand tracking into the **Incari Player**.

Before the JSON file can be hooked up as input, it must first be loaded with [**Load File**](/incari-studio/2023.1/toolbox/io/loadfile.md).

Once all of this is completed, it is possible to trigger *haptics* sensations via **Incari Nodes**, meaning that the JSON file provides the instructions for the haptic that is to be played.

Please refer to the [**External Links**](#external-links) for more information on *UltraLeap* technology.

[**Scope**](/incari-studio/2023.1/toolbox/overview.md#scopes): **Scene**, **Function**, **Prefab**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.incari.com/incari-studio/2023.1/toolbox/incari/ultrahaptics/ultrahapticsplay.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
